Ideal for entertaining après ski or after-dinner drinks & talks

Young and old meet here every day with great music and a wide selection of drinks. A very nice service is standard, highlights are cool après ski parties with absolute experience value.

There is always a great atmosphere in our Schirmbar right next to the Hornspitz lift. Because for some, a proper après-ski is simply part of a real ski day. And after dinner, our Schmiedbar invites you to get together with a glass of good wine and good conversation.

The umbrella bar is located directly above the last slope of the Hornspitz valley run, close to the Ötscher lift.

By car
from Salzburg:
Highway exit Golling - Abtenau, Rußbach, Gosau
Gosau: after the Pass Gschütt junction, turn right onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 2 km you will reach the Hornspitzlift.

From Linz:
Regau highway exit - Gmunden, Bad Ischl, Bad Goisern, Gosau
Gosau: at the Pass Gschütt junction, drive straight ahead onto the Gosausee Landstraße, then after approx. 2 km you will reach the Hornspitzlift.

from Vienna/Graz:
Liezen highway exit onto B320, in Trautenfels turn onto Salzkammergut Straße B145 to Bad Aussee, continue on the B145 towards Bad Goisern, take the B166 ramp to Golling/Gosau/Obertraun/Hallstatt/Bad Goisern-Süd, turn right at the Gosaumühle junction towards Gosau
Gosau: at the Pass Gschütt junction, drive straight ahead onto the Gosausee Landstraße, then after approx. 2 km you will reach the Hornspitzlift.

from Villach:
Tauernautobahn to exit "Eben im Pongau", via B166 Pass Gschütt Bundesstraße to Gosau
Gosau: after the Pass Gschütt junction, turn right onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 2 km you will reach the Hornspitzlift

By train
Route Attnang-Puchheim - Stainach-Irdning
Arrival by train in "Steeg / Gosau" then continue by bus 541 in the direction of Gosaumühle, change to bus 542 in the direction of Lake Gosau

By bus (Sundays irregular):
Bus 470 (Abtenau - Gosau) direction Gosau, bus stop Gosau Abzw. Pass Gschütt
change to bus 542 in the direction of Gosausee, get off at the "Hornspitzlift" stop
