The car-free cycling adventure day at Lake Attersee is a special experience for cyclists of all ages. On this day, the entire main road around Lake Attersee is closed to car traffic and is exclusively available to cyclists.

Stop off at the regional catering establishments around the lake. 
Enjoy refreshment stations and refreshments await you along the route.

Car-free - lakeside road exclusive for cyclists in all weathers
The lakeside roads B 151 and B 152 are closed from 9:00 a.m. and turn into an easy cycle route with a view of the lake with a length of around 48 km and 30 meters of elevation gain.
ATTENTION: the bus lines 561, 562, 564 and 596 will also only run outside the closures on this day. 

The route can be varied thanks to the special timetable of Attersee-Schifffahrt and Atterseebahn as well as the boat shuttle
The special timetables of Attersee-Schifffahrt and Atterseebahn not only make the journey easier, but the length of the route can also be varied depending on your stamina and fitness level thanks to the boat and bike service. 
Please note the shuttle service of the Attersee boat service between Attersee and Weyregg and Stockwinkel and Steinbach for a quick “Attersee crossing” by water.

The Parschallen and Alexenau landing stages are not served.

Enjoyment stations in the communities around the lake
Enjoyment should not be neglected with so much activity. Enjoyment stations in the various villages and restaurants invite you to enjoy and linger.

Various entertainment programs in the communities offer a varied and eventful day.

Should a technical or health problem occur, everything will be fine again - our professionals at the bike service points, mobile breakdown assistance, first aid and the security services of the police will make sure of that!

Life Radio provides information about traffic and parking options on air throughout the event. The radio station will delight all visitors with moderation and music in Unterach and Attersee. There is also a Life Radio competition for visitors to the cycling experience day.
