Event information

Achieve strength, balance and well-being through the wisdom of the Shaolin tradition

Experience the transformative practice of Qi Gong with the Shaolin Master and learn to activate and harmonise your life energy (Qi). Through gentle movements, conscious breathing and inner focus, body and mind are brought into harmony. This practice leads to increased vitality, inner peace and balance, while strengthening your energy for everyday life. Use the wisdom of the Shaolin tradition to live a life of strength, balance and well-being.

Duration: about 45 min.

No previous experience is required. Suitable for children aged 12 and over. Children under 15 pay 50%. Package price for booking all workshops: € 50.-
