The new Kobinger Bar in the Klangwerkstatt Zloam

Enjoy a cozy evening with good drinks and pleasant music, round off a successful concert evening or enjoy a break at one of the numerous cultural events in the Klangwerkstatt. In the new Kobinger Bar, Grundlsee's nightlife shows its picturesque side.

Why the Kobinger Bar?

The artist Hanns Kobinger (1882-1974) made the Grundlseer Zlaim, popularly known as Zloam, his adopted home in 1934 and the enormous creative power of the artist, who mastered a variety of techniques, left behind an extensive body of work. There is hardly a house in Ausseerland where one or more of his countless woodcuts or linocuts do not adorn one or more walls.
Born in Linz in 1892, he exhibited in Austria and abroad, including in Stockholm, Minneapolis and Minnesota.
member of the Vienna Secession. Reason enough to name the new bar in the "Klangwerkstatt" event building at Narzissendorf Zloam after him. The fusion between the Vienna Secession and Aussee tradition is also reflected in the bar's interior.

The Kobinger Bar opens for you at events in the Klangwerkstatt, on request for private parties and on special occasions or themed evenings, such as jazz or karaoke evenings.
