Visit us on a guided tour and discover our freeze-dried fruits!

The secret of the natural taste of Fruit and Senses is top-quality regional fruit, which we select by hand and gently freeze-dry. This makes the taste much more intense than that of fresh fruit, while the vitamins are largely retained. In this way, we create the basis for our exceptional Fairtrade chocolates and pralines, a quality and indulgent product from Austria that we constantly prepare fresh.

Frucht & Sinne in the Salzkammergut:

Taste and enjoy the fruitiest chocolate in Austria! This includes hand-made fruit chocolates and fruit pralines, which are produced exclusively in our chocolate fruit workshop. We will introduce you to the art of making fruit pralines and reveal the secret of how the highest quality dried fruit is created from frozen fruit, thereby preserving its natural beauty. At the chocolate fountain or in combination with sparkling wine, we will guide you to a new fruit experience.
