Our crispy pasture-raised goose, sourced locally from the Nöhmer family from Seewalchen, who raise their animals on lush summer meadows on Lake Attersee, is lovingly prepared and served as the main course. Accompanied by homemade side dishes and an atmosphere that invites you to linger, the evening becomes a special experience.
