When the days grow shorter and the forests glow in warm autumn colors, it’s goose season at the Zloam Wirt. Starting at the end of October, we serve delicious crispy roast goose – golden brown on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. To complete the traditional feast, we offer the classic sides of red cabbage, potato dumplings and a rich gravy.
Enjoy this special time of year in a cozy atmosphere – whether in the rustic Zloam Wirt with a glass of wine in good company. Our goose dishes are a true culinary highlight of autumn, combining local cooking tradition with heartfelt hospitality.
